Glad you are ok. I have been knocked off like that twice and one big hit as well in the last 35 years. Don't settle or sign anything until your bike is 100% repaired and you are sure you are 100% as well. Never sign off on the medical liability. I have had medical problems show up much later after I signed. I would recommend you consult a personal injury attorney to handle all of that for you. They know best. I really got screwed on my worst accident with a cage. I'll never settle a claim on my own again. JMHO

 

That sucks. At least you are okay. The bike can be fixed. People are in a different world while in their cars.

I'd be pissed as hell. That guy was driving with limited visibility and could have killed you. I'd see a lawyer if I were you. The lawyer will have a field day with this one. That fool intentionally chose to drive with his vehicle in unsafe condition.
