Looks like the rear fender needs to be rolled back a little more, and some shorter rear shocks. Maybe a smaller (lower profile) seat.

I like it... Looking good!

not gona drop the rear, then the bike would be tilting backwards...I want to keep the stock ride height, my previous bike was a 99 buell X1 (still got it for around town) i still ride semi fast and need the height for clearance for the lean...as for seat, i have my stock seat and its no where near comfortable enough, I'm going for looks but also rideability hence the seat i chose. The stock front end is already sold to a budy of mine. The paint is going to be satin white with satin black flames with red pin stripe.

just get a smaller 2up seat man that thing looks like a diaper.

i'm not crazy about the front fender, but i'm sure it's going to look much different when the paint all flows, just kinda hard to visualize it now.

i think you got a cool look going, i just think a more low profile 2up seat will do a much better bringing the bike from front to back

Yours is starting to look good. We need pictures without the tiedowns. That would do away with the squat look on the front. Get a Mustang seat. That's what on mine in the first picture.
Here's my '07 Street Bob project.

I like it, the fat front end almost balances out the hideous Sundowner seat.It has a very heavy duty industrial look to it. Also I'd rethink the satin white that color is a dirt magnet.
