Default Just bought a new 2010 Fat Bob

Cocked the hammer and fired away yesterday at Woodstock Harley-Davidson in Kingston NY. This is my 4th Harley I've bought. The last one was an 03' Softail Nightrain that I had to sell (and wish I hadn't). The dealership was nice enough to store it for me free until April, and give 15% off accesories. They were also cool enough to remove all reflectors and install an inspection plate to keep the sticker off the fork. I'm not doing much to it but here's my list....

Rush slashdown slip-ons - 2" baffles
Smoked signal lenses
Tri-bar LED
HD inspection plate
Finned headbolt covers
remove reflectors
Black axle nut covers

Eventually I would like to replace the polished rocker covers with chrome, and put a few chrome covers on the engine, 6" risers with the chrome HD riser cover, nightrain bars, wrinkle black derby cover, turn-signal relocation to the forks, My "technique" will to be to replace anything polished aluminum with chrome and just be black on chrome and easy to clean. See you in the spring!!!!

Welcome to the Fat Bob owners club.

Some here have had the tabs break off the TriBar tail light. There is a fix for it posted too. I have not had any problems with mine.

I had to put a TTS tuner on after the Rush 2.0 to eliminate the decel pop, surge (the surge was there off the showroom), and reduce heat. The TTS Vtune happened to also make it much more fun to ride while retaining ~ 46mpg. The Slip ons, TTS, and Positrac were the most effective/value mods, I have a set of Ricors in the garage waiting for some snowy day.

Welcome to the Fat Bob - I bought my denim black 2010 just a few weeks ago here in Colorado and have actually been able to ride a few times. Originally from Highland so I know that area should be some great riding once you pickup in April. Only thing I have done thus far is put a Sundowner seat on so my wife can join me for rides.

You will be happy with it the ride is excellent handles like a dream!

The 2010 looks identicle to my 08... when it was stock.
I'm really glad the moco hasn't changed a good thing.
I sure hope they don't do to the FB what they did to the WG.

08fxdf43202 like the tank emblem was it a simple razor blade underneath removal of old and double sided tape addition of new (or in this case old)? And where can I find something like that - with the denim black looks good!
