rounder i also forgot the motor work!!!
doing cams, heads, bore, pushrods... the whole deal. we will see on taking it down to the frame. prob not this winter. maybe next. sometimes i just have to stop and be happy with what i got on it, my bob has been through about 4 makeovers... i want to do this as the final one. we will see, knowing me i will end up wiht the frame in the oven! All depends on what we need to do on the motor. Chad is helping me with that, THANK GOD, cause i would be lost! this will be his 3rd or 4th motor build!
have just about all the parts I need, (cams, push rods, pistons) just need to send my heads away in Jan and get some jugs...
wow I was just joking a bit, IMHO though the frame matching the tins.... Best part about the CVO's. Total package. What maybe a couple hours to break the bike down to the frame... Haha fun part about this winter mods stuff, spending other peoples money and labor... LOL...
ha ha ha i wish it was just a few hours... plus then stripping and blasting... looking at about 18 - 20 total hours in doing the frame (tear down, strip, blast, coat, clear, re assemble)
we will see
Ice you are right man... it never ends!
I really have nothing planned. I'm gonna pull the trigger on a J&S jack at some point this winter, but I really am satisfied with how my bike is set up right now.
EDIT: Oh, I did think of one little thing. I want to mount a Stebel air horn somewhere behind my fairing and remove the stock cowbell.

Red, I thought you lost your mind when I seen you out on Friday. I am getting some more black, if money is available it might get a new paint job.
Were you up at that accident by Gramma's? I didn't buy this baby to look at, I bought this baby to ride! But I did freeze my a$$ off that day! LOL! What color you thinking? You gonna black out the front end?
I have been kicking around the idea of buying a Maverick Grabber for a while and then wala...a friend gives me the one he had! I do have to finish the brackets for my bags but all I need there are four spacers and a little grinding. I need to wait for warmer temps before I paint the bags so I'm gonna play with a car again.
Street glide signal bar.............Done
15" Fred Kodlin's internally wired........in the garage I just need to get out in the cold
21" Jireh front rim............on the way
TTS............gotta sneak some funds from the wife
Side shots.........same as above
I think that's it for now. I gotta list that I know is bigger somewhere!
i wish i could save things just for winter... i just seem to do weekend projects but for sure its getting gloss black tripple trees, risers and maybe a bar change, possible quarter fairing, just installed a fat cat, some quick detach hardware to make some things more practical, want to do heads, cams, suspension but i have to try and save some money somewhere
