People that don't own or ride a Low Rider just don't get it. You are way ahead of that group.
I loved this post..... honestly, it was like, I don't know how to explain it, sort of like when you meet someone you just "connect" with. It feels like you belong. That's how it felt when my booty melted into that seat....

I have NO CLUE, why after 33 years in production......Harley dropped the Low Rider from it's lineup. I suspect they'll bring it back in a year or two, at maybe what would have been their 35th Anniversary. However......with all the crapola of "going green", the Government & Califormia's EPA emission standards... one has to wonder where the bike industry is going. They can't lean out the bikes much more, or they'll end up frying the engines. So if you like the feel of a Low Rider..... grab one while you can.
Don't even consider the one with the dented tank. Someone who loves and takes care of their machine would never show a bike with a dented tank IMHO. The 07' is priced just a little too high. Offer him 13K or walk. He'll take it in this economy if he's a motovated seller. I'd look some more, chances are it's not going to move anytime soon in the dead of winter, you have time. There's a ton of good deals out there right now. Is this your first bike? See what a dealership will throw in as far as leather, upgrades, fiinancing, etc.

13K is what he was asking (or am I having a flash back from the 60's/70's?
