Mine would do something like that ( not locking). It didnt matter which way I wiggled or jiggled it I could not get it to lock. I finally used a small file and smoother out the hole and it works now..
I have tried everything that everyone has mentioned slightly turn handlebars wiggle key I even lubricated it up but still won’t line up and lock in has anyone got any more ideas that would be great I even thought maybe it has bent somehow cheers thank you all
