The 110" kit takes a 96" to 110". To get an 88" to 110" you would have to change the crank. Investigate more. You may just want to go with one of the aftermarket big bore kits.

Most dealers offer the Jims 120 kit to upgrade the 88" engine. I would look into that before the 110" from Harley.

I have an '01 103...you have to split the cases and buy a new crank. On your '03 you'll want to do the Timken upgrade. For more than 103 you also have to open up the spigots and use bigger bore barrels...once you go further than 103, you'll need a heavy duty starter (as well as comp releases) and at least a heavy duty pressure plate. Things will have to be maintained better or there'll be problems. I've got about 30k miles on my 103 (111hp/117tq) and ride somewhat agressivly (why else get the motor?) and we just did a leakdown test and were within spec for a new motor.....

What do you expect to get out of this build??? Speed costs, as they say, how fast do you want to go? Most importantly, you can have fast, reliable, cheap...pick 2.

Well my opinion is that you can get 100 rear wheel hp/tq out of just a 95" motor if done right. People do it all the time(i have one). Go ride a 100HP/105TQ dyna and come back and tell me it's not fast enough.

There's no need to go to a 110" motor, 95" is just as good! I've seen some really good 95" builds that are putting out over 100/100. Like sharkey said, your looking at splitting the cases and going with a new crank. Tearing into the bottom end will more than likely double the labor cost compared to going with a 95" build.
