Default Tall drag bars

I have grown to really love the look of tall drag bars , like Last Saint's , or Sickwithit's . I guess I like the look of that style of bike . Go ahead and blame it on SOA , that's fine with me , but I still like it . So , what I'm wondering is.... Would 10" rise drags look good on a Wide Glide ? I know they look good on a bike with less rake , but I am imagining it may look bad with a raked out front end . Maybe a tank lift would off set the look enough for it to look good . What do you all think ?

If ya like the style then you'll be happy with it...the rake isn't going to change the look much at all! Might connsider going a bit taller though if this is the look you're after...or not, LOL! Up to you dude...go for it, SOA or not, do what you like!

I saw an '06 today in the local dealers showroom with 9" bars with a pretty good pullback and they really fit the bike great.

14" on the Dyna. I have short arms so the the taller the more pull back from the rake.

Thanks for the link Rounder . I'm just not sure I like the look with the added rake . I'll have to keep looking at some pics. , and hopefully after the weather turns , I'll take in some shows , and rallies and find something in person to make my mind up .

Go for it! May wanna stick with 10's though....because with the rake...the taller ya get, the closer they're gonna get to ya. I think they'll rock on the WG.

I love this style of bike as well. For me, it's the fact that form and function are put together in a way that makes for a very roadworthy bike. This style can run a 2-up seat, bags, wind protection, and big *** guages all in your face, but still look tough as hell just standin' still. I've been slowly adding lots of these things to my ride .... installed a fastback seat today.

go for it. you will not regret it. If your worried about the rake...try some 8 or 9 inch straight risers with some drag bars.

10 inch drag bars look great on any dyna. my brother has a set of 10's on his wide glide, only thing is with the wide front end you should get a fork brace so you dont get wobbles at hi speeds.
