I am assuming you are talking about the top plate and seal. You will need a new one of both since the top plates are different, it is also recommended to use new screws as well.
Top plate is around $60
seal is only a few dollars
edit: Sorry misread post. If its the same style tank then top plate is fine but I would replace the seal they are ony a few dollars. Also like I said above they recommend new screws as well but many reuse them.
