His bike seemed to have similar issues AND was also equipped with a PCV.....not linking the 2, just interested in finding out what the dealer ended up telling him. Cause thats my major concern with taking it to the dealer.....them linking the cause to the PCV undeservedly. Hoping to hear back from him soon.
Update: So was still having the idling and stalling issues and on Monday night on the way to work at midnight my throttle cable snapped. First off, I had lubed my cables at 1k and 5k miles AND a couple weeks ago when I was trouble shooting the idling issue so dont think thats the issue. Ended up just deciding to get the bike towed to the dealer and having them try and diagnosis the problem. Even though my bike is an '07, it was originally purchased in Aug of '08 so it still IS under warranty. The only reason I was hesitant about taking it to them in the first place was because I was worried that they would write it off as a PCV issue and void the warranty. Now that they are in possession of the bike I'm pretty much at their mercy. They have to order the throttle cables and get them installed before they can start the diagnosis. They think that the throttle cable snapping isn't the root of the problem but an effect of a larger one, but again they need to get the cables on before they can test anything. The fact that I have a Power Commander on the bike I'm sure is going to be an issue with the warranty. The only saving grace and slim hope that I have is that they ARE a credited Power Commander tuning center.....but I didn't get my PCV from them or mapped through them so that may be an issue. Just seems that it would be weird for them to void the warranty based on a part that they are affiliated with?

If it's any consolation, I had to go back to the dealer for a bad stator after doing the T-Max myself. This dealer doesn't install tune or troubleshoot T-Max. In fact the Service Manager said they may need to have me bring in the stock ECM if they couldn't figure it out with the T-Max on.
Anyway, I started worrying about the warranty and asking a bunch of leading questions.
Finally the guy tells me "We don't void warranties unless there is really obvious abuse.", "If we voided warranties because people modified their bikes, we wouldn't have any customers."
