Indy recommendations in Central Maryland

Indy recommendations in Central Maryland
Those of you in Central Maryland or DC/Baltimore area...
I need to find a new indy shop that I can trust for engine work and performance advise. Got my ride looking the way I want it. Time to start dipping my toes in performance.
I'm ignorant and pretty naive when it come to engine upgrades. Don't know if just doing a cam alone will make a diff or do I need to combo that with a bigger bore, heads, fairy dust, or whatever. Wanna do it in stages so that each piece of the puzzle compliments the next.
Anyone have good experience with and can recommend someone to talk to in my area?

Just taging this thread for reference.
How are you all doing? Has anyone ridden lately? This weatehr sucks, but I am hoping we get some rain to wash all of the salt away and maybe melt some of the snow. I pulled the bike out for a 6mi ride around the neighborhood Saturday and when i got back the bike had crud all over it. Took a hose to it and said that's it for now.
