Just wondering...will the Screamin Eagle Super Tuner do anything more for me than the PCIII USB? Does the SEST work with the O2 sensors? Not even sure why, but I've been thinking about switching to the SEST and getting rid of my PCIII.
Check out the TTS mastertune system before you buy the SEST. Mastertune made the original SERT and they have a really nice system. You can tune the bike yourself if you learn how to use it.
I have the SE Pro Super Tuner on both our bikes. You can buy the software and laptop cables; to include a training DVD for it. I have never used a PC III but am happy with the SE Pro Super Tuner.
i installed pc111 from fuel moto thats the way to go both my wideglide and wifes streetbob awsome and was done both bikes less than 2 hrs very nice people thay map to your bike send it out 3days best thing ever comes with map usb cable if you make changes plugs in laptop why go with anything else

Does the software work on a mac?
Anyway, I went with the SE Pro Super Tuner since there is so much electronics under the seat already, I didn't want to muck with it to try to fit the PCV under there. I had also heard some people complain about moisture issues with the PCV, and didn't want to take a chance living in Oregon.
as stated about pc111 they come already mapped for your bike as far as compatable with MAC not sure but u can look them up www,fuelmotousa.com ask for jamie will answer any ? u have or call 920-423-3309
You can run the software on your MAC in bootcamp mode (with windoze) or perhaps parallels. I don't know of any of any of these software tools that run in the Mac OS, although I think there is an open source unix project.
If you can send that SEPST back do so and get a TTS tuning kit instead, you will be much happier.

PCs can make the bike feel alive but here are a couple reasons that are important to some riders:
1) the MAPS run way too rich (big mpg hit)
2) they are a PITA to install on a Dyna
3) its a good average power tune but not the best power or overall tune for your specific bike
4) they cripple the ECU in that the ECU won't be able to adjust to various fuels and driving conditions without the O2 sensor input.

I always like coldcases responses to tuning questions... And yeah he's right it is much better to use a TTS or sert/sest over any add on fuel mgmt system that eliminates O2 sensors. Good news is the OP got the sest.
What is the SE Pro Super Tuners list price and does anyone have a part number for an 08 Low Rider application? I would like to retain the fuel trim function of the O2 sensors.
