I have a 09 street bob with a stage 1 kit. If i go with a stage 2 kit what will kind of increase in performance will i see? Im also running vance and hines short shots. Will my bike get louder?

 

Are you adding the Short Shots as part of the Stage II upgrade? If so, you should have an increase in performance AND sound. I went from stock to Stage II with the Vance & Hines Pro Pipe ... here was my Dyno run:

 

You should be in the mid 80's hp & high 90's to low 100tq. I would recommend you get some head work done at the same time. It will only cost another $400 or so more and makes a world of difference! You would be in the 100/100 range no problem. But you might want to look into a good 2-1 pipe to get the maximum potential out of the build.

 

I have a 2007 with a stage 2 103. I am not into noise, so have stock exhausts. 85hp, 105 tque. Many of the aftermarket exhausts will actually reduce power. All depends on what you want.
