Default EITMS and stage 1 kit

OK, so I have done a stage 1 kit, Vance and Hines Header, Vance and hines 450 oversized, high flow air cleaner with stock cover,Screamin' eagle racer tuner with a dyno tune.
What are the thoughts on the EITMS, should it be enabled or disabled now?
I have read some of the threads on the EITMS and know there are some that are all for and some are all against, just did not see anything regarding operation with a stage kit

Thanks

Your choice.

EITMS is for rider comfort.

I have mine disabled, and haven't found the heat to be unbearable here in South Texas...

....and it's been that way for closing on 2 years on my Limited.

Mines disabled as well. CVO 110" motor. Just starting to warm up here but I doubt I'll enable it. I just don't like the sound when it's active. Plus, I can take the heat. Haha

What would be the reasoning behind not enabling EITMS?

Your choice. It's rider comfort if it was to "save" the bike from itself why would it be your choice?

It isn't for the bike, it is for the rider. I don't like it, that's my reason. Odd shake, odd sound, hesitation off idle. I don't like it.

That is a good answer. It says what I wanted to know. It makes no difference to the bike.

I have mine disabled, but can enable it with a forward roll of the throttle if it looks like it's going to be a while before I move. It gets well into the 100's here in the summer, glad I have a choice.
