Daughters first ride on the Harley

She did. I am willing to bet she has almost as much seat time as me at the end of the summer. Her mom doesn't like to ride, so I at least have a riding partner now.

Today I put my 6 year old girl in front of me, and my 8 year old behind me. We went for a 5 mile trip. I wouldnt' have ridden all 3 of us any longer than that, but they LOVE to ride and it was OK. Spend time with your kids, you can never go wrong.

i did get the looks from the na sayers today with the little girl on the bike but she loves it and nag's me all the time to go riding so we go. Old timers and women look the most and shake there head. But hey we had fun and were safe. And dam that banana split was good.

I have a helmet/gloves on order for my daughter... 7-day delivery can't come soon enough. My Bride even comments on how much she wants to ride. She's 5, so we'll limit it to around the neighborhood for now.

That is awesome, she is going to be hooked for life! Let her ride with you every chance you can, it is time WELL SPENT! I can honestly say there is nothing like riding with your kids.
My son is now 17 and has had his Sportster since he was 16. It goes in the shop today for the 1200 kit...
My daughter is now 12 and is already talking about getting a Harley when she is 16. She gets pretty upset when the whole family goes for a ride and she can't go...lol

Some very cool pics on here. My daughter is 5, and she has ridden on the tank on the old metric bike. She hasn't been on the Harley yet, but I think I will take her up and down the cove today after school. She talks about the bike second only to fishing. She is a fisherman for sure. I have a son on the way, to be born in May. I have a it made, I tell you. Great pics.

I have two girls 6 and 9 and have taken both on the bike. With the six year old only around the neighborhood 25mph tops. The nine year old can hang onto me good so we take some main roads. They both get so excited when I pull into the driveway on it that I can't say no to taking them for a ride. Took my 6 year old to school on it the other day (pretty much had to she told the whole class she was coming to school on it). I have a full face that they both use. I think they talk about the bike more than I do.
