Daughters first ride on the Harley
We went today for about 15 miles. It's damn cold, but she loved it. She is 10. I got her a sweet flamed half-helmet yesterday at a Biker Club Garage Sale, so she wanted to try it out. Good ride. It's about 45 degrees here.

Thanks Tony. I tried to get her to try on my full-face and she pulls it off real fast and said she felt like she was going to suffocate. And that's with the face shield up. She's like her mom, doesn't like feeling closed in. She loves the half-helmet, so as long as I can get her to wear one, I am happy. She asked me yesterday if it was "the law" that she wear one. I told her, "Yes, mine. If you want to ride, you will wear one." Kids gonna be just like me, God help me.

Awesome! My youngest, now 16, started riding with me when she was 11. She was opposed to a fullface helmet, until I convinced her that if we crash, asphalt has a nasty tendency to rub the "cute" off girls (wife was that way, too). She (and my wife) wear FF helmets, now.

My daughters been riding since she was 7 or maybe 8 she is 11 now. She dosnt like the full face eaither but she like to ride so she wears the full face.

That's awesome!! My oldest girl is 4 and youngest is 1, so I got some time!! My dad rode my oldest from the end of the driveway into the garage on his FXR (she sat on the tank) and she loved it.
