also try removing things from the system and see if it stops blowing fuses. Like start with the headlight, if it still pops try removing the taillight, etc. When it quits blowing fuses you will know where it is....IF it is a component at fault.

this just recently happened to me. The rear signal wires were lose in the fender and got cut up. - they are running lights also, which means they are connected to the headlights somehow.
