Crossbones Air Cleaner on 10 WG
Does anyone know if the round all black air cleaner off the new Crossbones Softail will fit on a 2010 Wide Glide? I really like the look of that cleaner and think it would be a nice addition to my vivid black wide glide. Any information or tips is greatly appreciated.

I put the complete stock Cross Bones air filter set up on my Street Bob. The stock softail airfilter and round plastic backing plate fit right on. Ran it that way for awhile before switching to a SE round backing plate. It will fit.

I have a cross bones AC Cover that i used for all of 10 miles. Would be willing to sell cheap. Not sure what they go for. I bought it when I switched my stock AC to the SE stage 1. But didn't like the look as much as what i have now. I like the exposed filter.

Don't pay full price at a dealer. Plenty of guys with Cross Bones who get rid of their stock air cleaners right away and will sell them cheap. I think I paid $30 shipped for a complete air cleaner including filter and new gaskets.

I don't think it will fit over your stock ovalish Wide Glide air filter and backing plate. I have the stock round softail Cross Bones backing plate and air filter I'll sell real cheap, however I'm using the actual Cross Bones air cover.
