30 mph shake

Seems like my 07 FXDL handlebars begin to shake on decel between 30-35 mph. I just had a 20k service on it.My front tire still has a lot of life on it still,and I have a brand new rear.I put 30# in the front tire,that is what the manual calls for.Has anyone had this and what is the cure,tire pressure,steering head?

Check the front tire for cupping. Rub your fingers over the treads and make sure the pattern feels even. Next check neck bearings and fall away.
But most often its a cupped tire.

does it shake or have increased vibration. Sometimes your tune can cause excess vibration at a certain rpm, on the throttle or coming off. Can feel like the bars are shaking a little.
