I finished up the clear on the tank yesterday evening with four coats. Now I just need to wet sand it with 2000 grit and polish it up and it will be ready to mount. I don't think I am going to have enough clear to do the fender right now so I will have to wait till I can go to the paint store this week and pick up another quart. Man this thing sure does sparkle in the sunlight.

I hear ya man. I can promise you I would rather build bikes and hotrods for a living than being an Oilfield Service Company Sales Rep. but I just haven't made that leap. It has always just been a little hobby. I live outside College Station.
