I have a round velcro piece on the back of my fob and on the neck. My fob does not bang around.

I did the same thing. My only problem with it is remembering to stick the fob to the neck.

Ya know I'm not sure if I stick it or it sticks itself once I get on the road. I'll have to see if I can take notice. I guess I should be paying more attention when I ride huh?

Good idea about the Velcro. Will add a piece today. Thanks for the suggestion.

Went for a ride tonight and let the fob fly free. At about 45 MPH the fob will fly back and catch the velcro.

Can't take all the credit for the idea. Someone here mentioned using a magnet. I just used velcro instead.

Wonder if the circuitry would be whacked by the magnets?

Well, they say not to put the FOB around cell phones or other electronic devices....but I don't know about magnets, but you pose a good question Dynamic. I like the Velcro idea better.
