I had this happen recently after a bar install. I was sure it was inside the bars but it turned out that the right rear signal was worn through the sheathing on the wire and was causing the ACC fuse to blow. It could be elsewhere. I'd still check in the switch hosuing first as well.
I really want to say thanks. It was a pinched wire in my switch housing! now everything is working. If any of you are ever in the Paducah, KY area....i owe you a beer.
yep check your bars I have some stupid bends in my bars and got lucky putting wires in, but i know if I do them again I may have issues, have you also checked your indicators I had wrong wire on my back ones and it keep popping the fuse, also which fuse is it that blows that should give you a starting point (match fuse placement with wiring diagram in the back of service manual)

i dont have a service manual. I'm still waiting on it to come in, I ordered it monday I think. But my signals are still working so I think I got that corrected.
I need to check the bulb in my brake light, its the only thing not working now. Thanks for your help.
