I realized tonight that my left run light was not working. Brake and Turn still work fine. Checked the wiring at the harness and under the fender. Wiggled the wiring around everywhere, basically checking everything except for the wiring in the actual turn signal housing. Fuses also look fine.
Anyone have any guesses? I bought this Bob from the dealer two months ago, I'm assuming the warranty will cover this if I can't figure it out?
I know this may seem too simple but brake and blinker use the brighter element in the bulb. The running light uses the dimmer element. Have you replaced the bulb?

I was under the impression that the bulb couldn't be replaced without changing the entire turn signal assembly?
On the way home it would work after I hit bump, then go back out. I assumed it was a loose wire somewhere, but can't find anything.

There is a small slot on the lens where you can use a screwdriver or a penny to pry the lens off. Typically the slot is usually positioned at the bottom of the lens on a new bike. Inside you will have an 1154 bulb you can replace.
You definately have a loose electrical connection somewhere if what you said is true... going over a bump and it comes on for a moment, then goes back out. It could be something as strange as the element in the bulb being loose on the inside where you can't see it.. I've seen stranger things happen.
You better check that bulb before you buy one, it may be a single filament bulb.
If you are running a stop, turn, brake module you probably have an 1156 single filament bulb and if the running light isn't working the module has failed.

I got the number wrong, I use a 1157 in my 09 Street Bob. It's still a dual element bulb though.
