Default exhaust/stage 1 question
Hello to all!..I'm finally back from Iraq and have picked up my new Fatbob. I just picked up my bike from having a stage 1 upgrade and have a question. I'm running a SE stage1 a/c, Rinehart 2-1 (black), and a PC-V (fuel moto). So far I've only got about 110 miles on the bike. Anyway I noticed when I pulled in to shut him down that the pipes where HOT AS HELL and I also noticed the smell (I know that's because of the newness of the pipes right?). Maybe I'm a little paranoid and overreacting, not sure, but hey, it is my first HD! But I figured I'd ask the "experts" for reassurance/advise. PICS to follow within the week I promise. Thanks!

Pipes get hot and black paint/ manufacturing oil residue burn off! Nothing to worry about imho. Glad your back safe!

Welcome home and congratulations. IMO nothing to worry about, I'm always paranoid with a new bike. Sounds, smells whatever. It should be good to go
