Oil Filter Relocation!!
I'm not sure putz is fitting. It's a pretty tight area to work in and if you miscalculate and are not able to tip the filter up quickly you will spill a bunch. I've had it happen once or twice.

That's why you cut the bottle to length, especially if you have forwards that interfere, and leave the cap lid on. With the cap lid on, you tilt the bottle back and collect the filter and the old oil all in one fell swoop.
Maybe it's tighter with forwards, but I would think it's do-able.
i sit kinda in front of the bike, think left shoulder lined up in the middle of my downtubes.
reach in with the right to loosen and unscrew the filter
as i'm running out of thread, the left scoots in to tip the open end up, as my right hand carries it out of the frame.
agreed, trying to do it all from the left side of the bike, facing in at the filter can be awkward.
