Any way to Wire an iPhone charger so it's always in place between the tank and seat.. After 3 hours of riding, listening to music that thing is dead

get a regular charger, cut the plug off the end, split it and conect it to the battery using a fuse on the power line. what i personally would do is add a cig lighter to the bike, super easy to do and you can stash it, then just use a reg house charger... that is how i have my I pod charger hooked up

Both of those ideas are exactly what I was thinking, but the Iphones charge with usb wall plug. So, it has me thinking it's not going to work.

ATT store has car chargers with standard cig lighter plus it will charge another device with a USB port hidden under the cover in the socket. Then you just need to install a 12V power point

Default Auxiliary Power Point

I used the pigtail for the battery tender. Before using it for an auxiliary power point, I installed a 15 amp fuse at the battery for safety. Then I got a cigarette lighter plug from Wally World and a two prong plug that fit the battery tender plug. A little solder, some heat-shrink tubing and you're done.

When you don't need or want the aux power, just unplug and leave it at home. Use enough wire to allow it to slip in between the seat and tank.
