This is an update. Talked too the Harley dealer, Turns out they were in a giving mood. All in all 120.00 bucks . tsm module is on order and the bike is kicking back in a warehouse. in Connecticut. Seems like it wouldn't be a good weekend too ride anyways. Was told soon as it comes in , it goes on and then gets programmed. I don't think I could of done better with an on line store. Thats it for now. Will update again when in the wind.

I'm more inclined too believe they were at fault,albeit sorta, cuz they did say it was warranteed. I know when i bought the bike. But I did not realize the transferable warranty. which put it out of warranty. I think it was a compromise. Which in turn keeps customers. When the deal is done, I will shamelessly plug there dealership.lol.
