Download is a canned map the dealer installs to adjust the fuel/air ratio based on slip-ons and stage 1 air cleaner.
Not as many options as a full set-up like Power Commander or Fuel Moto but should do the job for what you have,
Had it done when I first bought my bike with SE Slip-ons and SE air filter
As I recall the Downlid was about $150.

Hey Sammi, Nice Bike....I just picked up an 07 Lowrider and I got the same sissy bar setup from ebay. Is that the HD touring seat or is it an after market. Wife would like a better seat on this bike. Last bike was an 08 SB with a Mustang Daytripper and she was not too happy with her part of the seat. Thanks...
