when i did my 95 build i put in the comp release sure glad i did i diden`t put in the automatic ones my research showed prob with them, so i put the s.e. push in, if i forget to engage them i can tell starter really drags, when i do engage them it starts up with one push, no drag at all, but i am over 10 in comp

If you feel like you gotta have em, get the manual ones...no wiring and easy to use.

First, thanks for all the advice. My battery is fine and it's not a question of "must have them", it's more a question of "want them because I know what they do and even at 96" it's worth it long term". I think my bike has the connectors already in the wireloom and my TTS is capable of turning that function on.

Is there a company out there that I can send my heads to for the conversion?

Thanks,
Richard
