08 fxdb starting issue

08 fxdb starting issue
happens when it's cold, mornings and after work
turn ignition switch, everything works and fuel pump primes
but when i hit the start button nothing happens no noises or nothing
i checked out my wiring schematic and am almost convinced it's my " turn signal and security module" after doing some testing
anyone had problem like this? what was the result?
