Thanks to all...
... who submitted their votes re gloss or textured on the belt guard; glossy made a late surge in the count, but textured still holds the majority. I will leave my guard as is for a while before making a final decision.
To 07bobber "...Glossy looks great....but that pulley sticks out like a sore thumb!! Paint the pulley textured." - Definitely something I am looking to do at my first tire change.
To Glydiator "I say leave the base coat gloss...and paint some lil textured boobies on it. (*)(*) ya know.. just to blend it all in..." - If the wife even thought that there might be another "female" on the premises there would be "H" to pay!
