I had an excellent experience at my local HD dealer. I am aware of how to treat others in order to be treated professionally. You can get further with kindness than arrogance. BTW, they discounted and bend over backwards for any item or service I need.

should be able to buy a bike for m.s.r.p. and not have to pay freight and set-up in todays economy. free 1k service and discount on parts and labor for first 90 days you own bike.

So does 13k out the door sound reasonable? What have others paid for there steet bobs?

Yes, that basically means they're paying taxes, freight and set-up. Not a bad deal, but if you don't mind researching and spending a little time I would guess that you could do at least a little better.

That is right around where mine would have been if i didn't have the dealer install a few options before pick up.

I had them install forward controls, rear pillion, and the low profile feul gage and gas cap. I think that drove it up about $1K more out the door.
