Default Need some Help finding Parts (Handle bar change)

I have changed risers from the stock 4" to short 1 1/2'~2" chrome risers. I installed Fat-Boy pull back style handle bars, I happened to have some throttle cables the right length to work and look good. I believe I have the right clutch cable (from a friend) to install to night.

What I am having some problems with is finding some hydraulic lines or parts (to build my own) to replace the stock brake lines.............

I have two sets, the original which the lower part is right, but now the top line needs to be 2~4" longer. And a set up from a touring bike, but needs a lot of modification.

Is there any inline splice compression fittings available for stock lines?
or
Any suggested web page to find the parts to build my own at a reasonable price?

Any and all suggestions welcome.......

By the way the bike is really starting to look like an Old Skool "Bobbed" Bobber.
The bike does not even look close to the picture below (that will be up graded as soon as I get the brakes straightened out)
As soon as the handle bar modification is done then I finish with the Fishtail extensions on the pipes

Thank'z All

HD Modular Lines - you order the dual lower section and then pick out what length you need for the upper.

I used the stock brake line from a Road King when I had the Fat Boy bars on short reisers, worked great... all the touring models use the same line. The steel part of the line at the lower tree was bent to fit as needed. I used the stock throttle & clutch cables from a Street Bob.
