UPDATE......

Figured out the TTS problem I need to run the closed loop map so I need to put my 02 sensors back in when I did the PC 5 the 02 sensors were deleted I didnt do the work so the shop that did at the time never gave me my 02 sensors back.. They are about $30 a piece fro HD anyway I talked to Dave from JD cycleworks and he said you def want to run 02 sensors gonna give you a better tune.. I am gonna flash a modified closed loop map that TTS has in the calibration program just to start her up and do a few heat cycles make sure all is well Then I will tow her to PA to get broken in on the dyno and tuned I just want a great tune I really dont care for numbers that is just bragging rights on the forums.... I have seen these guys that have super happy dynos putting out crazy numbers then the guy talks all this **** goes to a dyno day with a legit dyno and puts down about 25 more HP and TQ and he flips out you know.. For me I just want a great tune with my AFR being spot on and just having power right on and early and no dip a great powerband.....

Already thinking of the next mods...... Oil cooler maybe, some deatchable bags hmmmm any suggestions...

UPDATE.............

So I finally got the map in and tuned her up enough to turn her over and she sounded great... I ended up going back and putting the stock 02 sensors back in and using one of the TTS Closed Loop maps flashed the ecu and she started right up.... Oil pressure shot right up which was great she was running pretty ruff do to that fact that its just a map that is close to the mods I have and I just added some more fuel to be on the safe side like I said she was running ruff but she ran, I heard a small noise in the drivtrain almost like a metal on metal couldnt really figure out where it was coming from it could be the upper rocker boxes I had to grind them down to fit the roller rockers and maybe I didnt take off enough material and she is tapping a bit not sure what it is right now it could just be the cam and everything and its just a very noisey drivtrain and just have to get used to it......

UPDATE.........

Still waiting for my suspension from works to come in once I finishe that up I can go get my bike tuned gonna go with Dave at JD Cycle works over in PA heard a bunch of great things about him. He actually tuned a buddys bike.

I had some time on my hands so I decided to do a Budget Mod figure I would do a small write up on it..

Anyway I have always hated stock turn signals so I decided to get rid of them the front i got rid of the first week i had the bike, I kep the rear cause I do want to have some type of blinker back there.. So after thinking of what I can do I was gonna order those blinker that I beleive alloy art makes that clip on the end of the sturt cover but for one they are expensive and I am cheap..

So my buddy had some LEDs he wasnt using the ones that you can get at radio shack they come in a single pack with wire and a rubber gromet he had two of them in blue so I figured all my gauges are blue digital screw it I will use them. So I had painter tape, two LED's, drill bit and some silicone..

I decided to put them right at the end of the strut cover cause its hollow back there, I took off the strut covers I taped the ends so when I drilled I wouldnt chip the poweder coat. I measured the spot I wanted them to be and punched a starter hole, I decided to put the strut cover back on so i can drill the holes this way the covers would be well suporrted..

I drilled two holes just big enough to get the rubber grommet in so they are nice and snug in the hole I put the LED's in and they locked into place at this point I have the strut covers back off I also filled the back on the leds with silicone so for one they would stay in place and also so they will be completly filled. I ran the wires in threw the fender hole where the turnsignals go I cut them to fit and spliced in the stock clips that where on the Turn Signals spliced them and soldered them shrink wrapped them and connected them into the circuit board that is behind the rear tailight (at this point I also did the HD LED Rear Tailight sweet mod) anyway I stuffed the wired back there out of sight and so there is no wire hanging down by the tire. Bolted everything back up the only part I am waiting for is the recess cover plates that come with a button head HD PN 47531-06 that will cover up the hole where the stock turnsignals where and make eveything look stock.

Anyway the LED's blink they are BRIGHT blue which is cool cause everything else I have lights up blue. Here are some pics of the mod...

What do you guys think????

good idea man... what kind of LED did you use, they look good! i am not MR johnny law, but i know around here if you flash blue, they will impound your bike... no joke, buddy got it on his VTX he swapped to blue sigs and they said the blinking blue was imp an officer... easy enough to swap them out though man... great idea... may also want to add a few drops of glue back there to hold htem nice and solid
