Are the SE roller rocker arms the stock 1.65:1 ratio or 1.725:1 ratio ...? I have been considering going with the 1.725 rockers to increaset the effective lift ....
Looks killer with that combination of diamond-cut, chrome and black ... really distinctive ... and I am sure with that setup it'll be a strong motor once you get the tune figured out ....

The tune is done I made 110HP and 116TQ corrected and that is with short dual pipes with 2-1 I wouldve made 120TQ no prob it is PLENTY I cant keep the front wheel down bro.. I was thinking doing a 117 next but I dont know bro I think this is plenty power with the tune I got the TQ never goes below 100Lbs from 2000rpms with a peak at 116Lbs at 4100rpms and it doesn dip till 6000rpm.... Its a beast the only problem I had with the tuner was the fact that he blued my pipes bad.... Anyway the tune was great we just had other issue.. But its all good now
Your hp and tq numbers are awesome! I looked back through my notes and when I was running the 107", I was pulling 105hp and 119 tq. Pretty similar to your numbers, just a little less hp, but a bit more tq.
I know you've been thinking about going bigger, ie 117", which means you likely will since the thought is already in your head. After all, power is addictive. When you do, 1) be prepared to spend some $$$'s and 2) be amazed at the way the bike performs.
For now, enjoy your bike! You've done an awesome job on the motor and the bike looks killer!

Thnks BigDaddy,
I know once you go bigger comes the real $$$ have to Machine the Cases, Timken Upgrade, True and Weld Crank maybe new FlyWheel, H-Beam Rods, another Tune, Cams another tune ofcourse... Any other expenses that are gonna come up?? I was figuring around another 4K or so doing the Axtel 117 Kit.... What do you think??
Here is a pic of the new tins should have them back at the end of the week I am having the side covers done in the silver and I have the battery band in black, also I did the front fender in Black it just didnt work to do the silver and do a stripe the fender is just to narrow to run the strip on so I did the the strip as wide as the fender so it just flows plus I never run a front fender anyway only when I am doing a long ride.. But anyway I think the PPG Silver Star Metal Flake with the Black stripe is gonna look real good with all the new chrome I added..

Thnx brotha, I got the SE Roller Rockers and as far as what ratio it didnt stat but it for use with high lift cams up to 700 lift I believe, I know the ones your talking about I am not usre if those are actual Roller Rockers they are only $179 I think for what they are I wouldnt waste my money on them you still have to open up the motor and do all that work I really dont see the benefit of the higher ratio.... I would spend the extra $$ and get the SE roller rockers just in case you ever do a high lift cam
Sweet...............I just got done polishing and shaving my SE heads, I hope to get to install the cams and heads on Tuesday night (waiting on lift time and space, there's two bikes waiting on parts Monday, before I get on the lift).

IMO guys running the 107 kits should be addressing the bottom end anyway. The newer cranks arent exactly known for their strength. I had mine welded and did the timken bearing upgrade back when I did my 95". I did it mostly because I am running gear drive cams and wanted to make sure the crank didnt get out of wack and chew up the gears. It was nice having done the bottom end upgrades when I went with the 4 1/8" cylinders, just had to bore the cases.

Yeah my next upgrade will be the timken bearing, H Beam rods and the crank but I need to recover for a little bit.... I know HD were sending there new cranks out with ridiculous amounts of runout I checked the runout before I upgraded to the Feuling Oil Pump becuase they want no more then .0025 runout and my crank was at .0017 so I must got a pretty decent one but like I said my next upgrades are either the Woods 9F Cam or the Tmann 662 cam and a few other Motor hop ups and then I will do the crank work, I was planning on doing the 117 but I really think the 107 is plenty on this bike since its so lite...
I see you also have a 2006 BBC venom..... I built a 2006 Reaper with a Venom swing arm and a bunch of other mods did some work to the fram and ran a West Coast Chopper tank mounted it high I loved that chop miss it too had to sell it to buy my house but it was a great project, yours looks real sweet man...
I get my tins tomorrow My man Moose the Painter did a hell of a job on them... I still have some work to do need to mount my new Chrome floating rotors front and rear finish up switching all my hardware to chrome 12 pts bolts from Gardner Wescott which really adds alot... Hope to be done by next weekend having my tins on and ready to go.. The Motor was the most time consuming part but I finished her up added all new Chrome Upper and Lower Rocker boxes which were a PITA the lowers actually come from Harley milled out already for higher lift cams and big spring valves and roller rockers but the uppers dont you need to take a dremel or whatever and take a bit of material off the corners right by the springs cause with the roller rockers its just wont work so that was a bit of a pain then make sure you clean them up real good cause you dont want any bits of metal in your mota... Then I also added those new Harley Billet Lifter blocks which are well worth the money these things are bling they lines in them so they look great with the cylinders especially with the diamond cut and they have sunken hardware so they look like they are a nice square block of billet chromed well worth the $100 but that was also a pain cause you have to remove the push rods again etc etc, got the Chrome Cam Cover, did the Tranny Top, Tranny side clutch cover with the cable cover aswell.. Hopefully it all looks good at the end I did alot of work to the bike this winter basically went from front to back and modiflied everything put alot of sweat and drank alot of beer, my boy was a great help couldnt of done this project without his help... Still waiting for my Rineharts to come back from chromemasters had to re-chrome brand new freaking pipes cause the damn tuner blued them all the way to the mufflers and ruined my rinehart tips aswell so I had the painter do the tips in black and with a thin brush he did the rinehart in the PPG silver.. Also ordered a new chrome outer primary and a new black derby cover.. So finish pics soon to come.....
