There is lots of info one here about fuel management options. It's a great reason to learn more about your bike.

Not if that's the only change you made. If you also change the intake to a free-flowing one, you'll have to adjust the map in your EFI. Otherwise you'll be flowing more air than stock and resulting in a lean condition which could damage your engine. If you just change the pipes OR the intake, no problem - the other will restrict the airflow enough.
There is lots of info one here about fuel management options. It's a great reason to learn more about your bike.
