A lot of powdercoating shops can also do high heat ceramic coating. That is also available in black that looks like a satin finish. Not quite flat, but not gloss either. That's what I would do.

almost every PC place i talked to said two things:
1) the hi-temp paint is only good up to 800deg - which i don't think will fly on a heat sheild
2) it is hard to get now cause most people are going to the ceramic coating - and the down side is that not every city had a place that will do that. the closest place to vegas is in salt lake or LA
course there is the JetCoat guys. i was told by someone on here that there is a month or so wait if you send it to them.
I am pretty happy with the BBQ paint. it is holding up well. it does get some markes in it easy but i don't think its any easier than what i hear about the ceramic coating. and the front lower pipe shield bend and a little further back are actually starting to get a little shiny where my jeans flap against them or touch when i put my foot down. but i don't have any deep marks on them anywhere.
i figure i'll just re-paint them every winter. $10 for the paint and $25 for the media blast is a hell of a lot cheaper than the ceramic coating!!!! and i get a fresh look every year that pretty much matches my paint job.................works for me!
