Default Hard Saddle Bags on a FXD

I just finished putting a set of hard saddle bags on a 98' FXD.

Have you looked at the tour pack helmet boxes on ebay yet? I've been thinking about adding one of those to my FXDC

No I haven't looked at a helmet box. This as far as I want to go. I was using leather throw over bag for a few years and finally got tired of them. I mounted these hardbags a few years ago but they were just quickly mounted and removed after a few weeks. This time I spent the time to tuck the mounting flange up behind the fender bracket and and give them a tight fit against the frame. I also fitted the turn signals and hardwired them in. I've seen others mount HD hardbags on a Dyna and for me they just over power the bike. When you stand back these fit proportional and don't look like a steamer chest hanging off the side. They hold enough stuff for a day trip; rain gear, food, tools, couple 6 packs, etc., just enough storage space.

Looks real good. I dig the way you mounted the turn signals, was that your idea or can you get some kind of kit? Very smooth looking.
Who makes the bags?
