And yet another cable question...
Let me start by saying YES I have used the search function and YES I have plowed through and read the results. I am only more confused now. This topic comes up so often maybe someone with the expertise should do a write-up on how to measure cables for new bars??? 
Any how. My question (not surprisingly) is what size over stock do I need for cables and wiring for installing apes on my bike? I have an '09 FXDF and am ok with a wrench. However, I have never done this. I have put the stock and new bar and riser dimensions below.
I will be buying (Wild 1 14 in narrow apes - WO614).
Current bars (factory drag bars)
30.75 in wide
6.5 in base
7 in pull back
0 in rise
5 in risers
New set up
33.5 in wide
10 in base
8 in pull back
14 in rise
1 in risers
