I went ridind (on the Dyna) with a friend who has a Softail Deuce with forward controls. he told me I was going way too fast on exit/entry ramps. He felt out of control. Honest I was not pushing it. He is an experienced rider so no problem there. I think the riding position made the differnce.
More likely the Softail was the problem. They're not known to hug the curves really well because the rear suspension geometry plain sucks.
I have mid mount pegs and added highway pegs. I really enjoy having both since it gives me the option to move my legs if I want to. Here's a pic of my bike....

any one done this ?
They are HD parts. I was going to get the billet heel rest, but opted for a new set of pegs and rests that matched. I think they are the aileron (?) style. They are in the catalog. They make a world of difference. Feels almost like having floorboards. You just don't get the GeezerGlide look! Just kidding guys, theres nothing wrong with a GG.
