the cheaper SE a/c also reuses the stock cover, but you sack all the plastic... looks much better IMO without all that plastic near the engine.

the back plate is the main diff if yours looks like this you are in busn wiht a SE
blue is the SE back plate (mine is powder coated)


here it is in the blast cabinet

sure does look like what I have.... so now will I need to remap with either the mud mod or the k&N? Im assuming no retuning needed for the mud mod but maybe a little one for the k&N if I go that route?

Gambler, that looks like an SE backplate. If the bike is running right, there is no need to re-tune with the mud-mod or adding the K&N!

take the cover off and look to see if the air cleaner is oval shape like the cover if it is it is most likly stock
