tank badge tape?

I would think any of the 3M Acrylic tape would work, bought some to put the molding on an old chevy truck. Stuff is great, I used some of the left overs to put the broken microwave door handle back on! Any automotive parts place that mixes/sells automotive paint should have it. Pretty reasonable price if I remember.

3M Indoor/Outdoor double-sided adhesive tape (looks just like the HD stuff on the back of the reflectors and tank emblems). I've used it for the badge on my horn cover and it works great. Price is very reasonable and you can pick it up at any hardware/auto parts store.

I would stay away from the general purpose 3M double sided tape. It won't work well with the contours of the tank/ badges.
