Looking for a lower profile tail light, smoked. My light sticks out too much. Seen some on some of the Dynas here and love the look. Any ideas where I could find the lower profile lights?

 

Heres a nice looking one. Just remember the lower the profile the less you'll be seen at night from the side.

I have that Kury low profile with no problems in the 1st year, lights up pretty good too. Man was I glad to get rid of the big red monkey butt that came stock on the FB!

 

Shave it! Then use your signals for stop/turn/tail

 

how many wires come out of the back? is it something you could splice easy? I want that low mount with the leds but dont have a wiring harness anymore. just three wires ran back there.

I think what Galdog is looking for is a super low profile lens - which would be a 5 minute job to replace the existing taillight lens. I too am looking for such a lens. I have a "layback" taillight lens, but is is still sticks out almost as much as the original taillight lens on my FXDC.

 

rdondes is correct.... Seen them on some bikes here at the forum, but cannot locate them now. The Kury is nice though.

If you find the one you want post it up here. I am still shopping for a tail light as well. I am leaning toward the kury as well but am interested in seeing what you are talking about!
