That screw came loose on me one time so i used some blue loctite and adjusted it back to the normal idle, and checked it using my tuner and laptop

So it does adjust the idle then?

This one has been adjusted by the PO and the idle is that point where your eyes bounce about in the sockets, just need to bring it down by 100rpm.

the idle adjuster is there just for that but these engines have a certain spec for the idle between 920-1100 i think (NOT POSITIVE)

The top end needs more oil than the twin cam can provide at a 900 rpm idle. I believe idle should be about 1100 rpm. But, if you want to turn it down so it sounds bitching be my guest. Just remember the top end needs more oil than can be provided at that rpm.
