It sure is, look behind the back of the air box, there it a metal piece that touches on the back of this here screw when you shut the throttle.
It looks like a torx with a pin in the middle and sits in the 5 o'clock postion when you look at the back plate of the airbox with the cover off.
Can't get a pic as the bike isn't here just now.

It sounds like a security screw. We have them at work. We had purchased a computer tool kit that had those bits as well as regular torx. You should be able to buy them online. The pin in the center is what makes it a security screw because you can't just use a small straight blade or a regular torx screw driver.

If this is EFI bike, that is not an idle adjustment screw. It is for adjusting the throttle plate that effects the IAC. I believe the idle can only be adjusted through the ECM with a tuner such as a SEST or equivalent . Others with more knowledge might chime in on this.

Actually, you can turn the screw although it is not recommended. On the side of the intake manifold where the a/c mounts, there is an aluminum plug that is covering this screw. Drill out the plug and you will have access to the screw. Careful not to drill out the head of the screw. I cannot remember the size but it is there.
