I recomend going to a full face helmet and losing the shield you'd be surprised how many problems that will solve. Although, I don't think they all look like ***.I've actually been looking for a really dark tint low profile shield because I think it would look good with my current set up.
Yep, I have a similar, if not the same, shield. Play with the angle of the shield as well as the height on the forks to find the sweet spot for you.
Of course, I don't wear a helmet, so I really have had no problems. When I have to wear a helmet by law, the buffeting is much worse.
PS - It may look like ***, but try commuting to work in March in Colorado at 7am and you won't give a crap! You'd be happy to have a piece of cardboard taped to the forks!
