Default Side license plate mount

I have a buddy that is going to fabricate a side mount bracket for my dyna. Any tips on how to do the wiring for the light? Do you just run it along the inside of the swing arm...use some zip ties? What's the cleanest way to tuck/hide the wires? I planned on using some shrink tubes, but what else?

If you're interested in getting a bracket, let me know. Should be around $60-$80.

most just run the wires on the underside of the arm with a few zip ties. im sure if you ge creative you could drill some holes and run them inside it.

Not too sure if I feel comfortable drilling into the swing arm, don't want to F with the structural integrity.

Use the holes that are already there for the lower belt guard.

I was Running a Kuryakyn side mount but had to remove for my bags...see the for sale section if anyone is interested.

What I did for the wire is run it along the inside of my swingarm and used those stick on zip tie mounts. Can get ones with 3m tape that held on well (still on actually) for a couple years now.

I tapped into the rear light by tapping into the harness under the seat.

Check this out, he did something similar to what youre lookin at. I still think he should put it into production. Ask him how he ran the wires.

I used those stick on mounts also. They work great.

Zip tied down the swingarm and up the middle to under the seat. Mine are nicely hidden by the bag.
