High Speeds on Dyna
Nothing wrong, in my book, with seeing how fast it will do, I don't care what you have. My Dodge 2500 4X4 Diesel hit 113, my much modified '64 Corvette got 135, my hopped up highschool '61 Chev got 123, my '84 6 cylinder Camaro got 85 along with my '80 Toyota 4 cyl 4X4...I forget what my other 30 some cars did, but my point is I always try for top speed, it's just part of life for me. Back in driver's ed, in the late 60's, my geeky instructor even suggested getting out on a deserted highway if we wanted to see how fast our car could go. I've always followed his advice.
My stock 96" Dyna barely did 95, stage 1 got me 105. My stage 3-4 only has 225 miles on it, but it was still accellerating hard at 100, so I know that 120 to 130 is easily there. It's just that the weather was ugly, cold and windy. After my dyno tune and fair weather, I'll definitely give my top end a shot, along with quarter mile times, etc.

Every mile per hour over hour requires power exponently ...ive owned both the hayabusa and the zr12 and i just dont see the harley doing 130 most ive ever seen on one is 110 wide open laying down on flat roads and it handles bad and as for the guy with a 91 sturgis evo saying he played with a couple of crotch rockets at 120 i dunno i used to just take my busa up to 160 in less than a few seconds i never seen them again it was over before it started
I've hit 120 on mine. Don't know what "stage" it would be considered? Short Shots with baffles, Fuel Pak, and Heavy Breather is all I've done that would effect performance.

Have you tried using the Screaming Eagle High Speed Spokes? They are lighter, stronger and have less coefficient of drag than regular spokes. I am thinking of getting them. I calculate that they can give me a theoretical, additional, .0075MPH on the top end.

I personally save the high speed stuff for my Camaro, hit the speed limiter at 162.
Had my 2002 Dyna to 110 on the test ride, hey, I always get the most out of my test rides!
187 mph is right if you have the power to push 6th to 6800 (assuming stock gearing). Just be careful, im not sure how strong these transmissions are, but thats alot of stress on an overdrive gear.
Ill see if I can post the speed calc I put together (disregard the red text- I dont have 6th and mine redlines at 5500)...

Not sure how fast it will go, but it gets up to speed pretty quick, breaking 100 MPH in third. By the time I reach 5th, the needle is buried at 120 MPH and the bike is still pulling. I would guess it's reached a top speed of 130+.
I'd guess that you are right, especially with the HP/torque numbers you list.
