damn, you did cut that one way down. did you remove the venturi inside at all?
paint is rust-o-leum brand high heat ultra. this one is a semi gloss but dont know if they have it in matte or not. I've painted 3 bbq's and 3 pipes now and they all look great...and if they scratch, just mask it and re-spray

and i like that bbq paint, i'm seriously thinking of spraying my heat shields now with that stuff, the V&H ceramic coating is kinda out of place on my scoot. might try the paint and it that wont cut it, send it out for some gloss powder. i'm starting to dig those t-headers more and more!
