No real reason other than I was bored. I've seen this done before and I always wanted to do it, but was always too lazy. Today I got some energy and decided wtf. My paint was jacked from multiple on and off's so while it was off I squirted some bbq paint on it and called it good. Sound is different and I personally love the stockier look of the end.

That looks good ...is it louder? Any performance difference?

 

it is louder. throatier and that...I guess "raspy"? sound is gone. doubt there's any performance difference. others have claimed an increase but thats probably just the sound fooling them. for me it was cosmetic mainly.

 

looks like you have access to your axle nut now, did you have access without cutting the tip off???

That end cap was put there to help scavenge the exhaust gasses, the difference might not be much but every little bit counts in some cases.

 

Cosmetically manly, I like that.

 

I believe those are the Works black trackers...... Shiftace correct me if im wrong...
